The image is a stillt from a fully copyrighted film which the uploader posted as being in the public domain. The 1931 film is fully protected by copyright law. Kept: The full motion picture is copyrighted, but the image was derived from a promotional trailer published in the US between 1926 and 1977 without a copyright notice (as was typical before the mid-1960s). Due to copyright requirements that existed at the time, said trailer is in the public domain. I’ve re-added the appropriate tag to the file’s description. —David Levy 04:58, 14 May 2021 (UTC)
